SCHEDULE (TIME) MANAGEMENT

The core competencies of Schedule (Time) Management are the abilities to select an estimation methodology, to apply it for estimating schedule duration and effort, and to identify when a schedule change is necessary. A scheduling methodology refers to techniques related to critical path and critical chain (PMBOK Guide).

The core competency associated with Business Skills and Attributes in an ability to apply business principles, including systems thinking, to solve problems and deliver solutions in your business environment.

ORGANISATION CHANGE MANAGEMENT

The core competency of Organisation Change Management is an ability to consult with and involve the people affected by project outcomes, which are usually driven by requirements to: reduce costs, increase productivity, and/or invest in future scalability.

PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT

The core competency of Procurement Management is an ability to manage supplier agreements, including as needed: contracts, statements of work, service level agreements, and proposals (PMBOK Guide).
